He pushed to put nutritional labels on food.
Finding time to read his book will be worth every minute. I have combined my knowledge of hypnosis, with his key principles to create a powerful shift for my weight loss clients. My hypnosis work centers around changing the neural pathways which created the “cue-urge-reward-habit cycle”.
Typically clients start off with four to six session, and depending on your weight loss goals we make a plan together from there on what type of re-inforcement you might need.
Weight Loss Sessions
The first session includes an initial interview, understanding mind and body connections and beginning hypnosis work on losing weight. Right away, you will start to quiet the warring voices that say, “ I want that food. I shouldn’t have that food. I am going to eat that food.”
In follow up sessions you will learn hypnotic methods to effectively treat issues, whether they are conscious or unconscious to you at the start of the work together.
